Orders are prepared and dispatched from Adele’s studio in Calitzdorp, Western Cape, South Africa. In-stock pieces will generally be dispatched within 2–5 business days following receipt and confirmation of payment. Custom and commissioned pieces will have individual production and delivery timelines, which will be communicated when the order is confirmed.
VUUREN Solo Artist ships within South Africa and internationally where delivery services are available. Shipping costs and available delivery options will be provided during checkout or confirmed prior to dispatch.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase or shipping price unless expressly stated otherwise. International parcels will be declared accurately in accordance with applicable customs requirements.
