It is important to us that you are truly satisfied with your original VUUREN Solo Artist purchase. If, after careful consideration, you would like to request an exchange, please contact adele@vuurensoloartist.com within seven days of receiving your order so that the necessary arrangements can be made.

A maximum of one exchange may be accommodated per purchase. Any credit arising from a price difference may be applied towards a future purchase within six months of the original purchase date.

As each VUUREN Solo Artist piece is individually handmade and often one of a kind, we encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, dimensions and photographs before purchasing.

Custom-made and commissioned pieces are not eligible for exchange.

Approximate dimensions are provided for items listed on the VUUREN Solo Artist website. Every effort is made to represent each piece and its colours as accurately as possible. However, differences in screens, devices and display settings may result in slight variations in colour. Photographic images should therefore be regarded as a close representation of the original artwork rather than an exact reproduction.

All prices displayed on VUUREN Solo Artist are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. For international purchases, the final amount charged in the customer’s local currency will depend on the exchange rate and any fees applied by their bank or payment provider.
